Evaluate FOSS in your School, District, or Classroom
Program Presentations Regional Managers are available to show you how FOSS meets your science curriculum needs. The presentation provides an overview of the program and its components. You have an opportunity to look through the Teacher Guide, work with the materials while doing an investigation, read the FOSS Science Resources, and discuss implementation and training.
Purchase Evaluation Your Regional Manager may send sample materials for you to use and preview. For districts considering adopting FOSS, your Regional Manager can arrange a pilot of the materials with your district science coordinator. Pilot programs provide an opportunity to use program materials in your classroom for an extended time.
Staff Development Workshops
Implementation and inservice training, and materials management assistance is available. Each workshop is customized to meet your unique needs. The cost includes all consultants’ fees and travel expenses, plus any kits or materials. Districts that adopt FOSS may be eligible for inservice training at no additional cost.
